Service Description
During the intake, we go through your medical history to design a therapy protocol for you. As a part of this protocol, I will teach you a version of the ‘Your Abdominal Massage’ (YAM) technique that is tailored to your unique situation and cycle.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings and purchases are binding. For 1:1 sessions, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours, or missed sessions, cannot be refunded or rescheduled. For programmes, courses, and digital content, all sales are final. Once access has been granted, refunds are not possible. If something unexpected arises, you are always welcome to reach out. I approach these situations with care, but ask that you also take responsibility for your commitment to this work.
